Resources to help you better understand YOU
These are external resources that I have found that may be helpful for you on the path to better understanding your neurotype.
I have no affiliation with these and do not receive any money for recommending them. They are all simply resources and pieces of information I found helpful that I think may be helpful to others.
LetterLife - an invaluable resource for ADHD/ AuDHD women. I use the app for daily tracking (ADHD Symptoms & Cycle) as well as the MindHub and Blog feature to learn more about different aspects of ADHD life. (Link for 25% off premium)
ADDITUDE Magazine: Website and YOUTUBE are both fantastic resources to learn more. They have frequent webinars (which are then put on their youtube and podcast) on all topics pertaining to life with ADHD.
